Do I need to register to use Collectors Network?
Registration is not required to browse Collectors Network. Users must be registered to buy or sell items. Registration is free. To register, fill out the registration form.

What is a basic account?
A basic account allows users to browse Collectors Network, participate in forum discussions, bid, post auctions, and buy or sell in the exchange. There is no cost for a basic account. Basic accounts will see ads on many pages throughout Collectors Network, and are responsible for associated fees for special services at Collectors Network.
 
What is a premium account?
A premium account has all the features of a basic account, but premium account users will not see any ads on Collectors Network pages. In addition, premium account users are entitled to an unlimited number of trade offers to other users. Premium accent users are still responsible for associated fees for special services at Collectors Network.
 
How much does a premium account cost?
Premium accounts are $9.95 per year. Users must pay in advance before their premium account is activated. New user registration credits cannot be used to pay for premium accounts.

I have registered, but I cannot login to my account.
Before your registration is complete, your new account must be confirmed. This ensures that all users provide Collectors Network with a valid email address. An email will be sent with instructions and your passcode. You will be taken to a page to enter your username, password and passcode from the email. If you have any problems with the confirmation process, please contact us.
 
I did not receive a registration email with my passcode.
If you did not receive your registration email containing your passcode, please contact us. Be sure to include your username and email address with your email. We will resend the registration email to your registered address. If your email address is incorrect, please let us know so a registration email can be sent to your valid email address.
 
Will my registration information be provided to any third parties?
Your information will not be sold or leased to third parties, and will only be divulged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 
What can I use my new user credit on?
The new user registration credit can be used to pay for final value fees for auctions and exchanges, along with user fees for trade offers. This credit cannot be used to purchase items from Collectors Network or other users. The new user credit cannot be used to pay for a premium account subscription.
 
How can I pay my current account balance?
Your can pay a current account balance through PayPal, or send a check or money order. Payments are due within 28 days of the invoice date. Please visit the billing tab under My Account for more information.
 
I would like to purchase an item listed on your site?
The items listed on Collectors Network are for informational purposes only and are not available for purchase. All lists and price guides are made available to let collectors know what is out there, and what their collectibles are worth. In many cases, we do not even have the items listed on our site.
 
Can you help me locate an item?
Collectors Network cannot help collectors locate individual items. However, we have made available several resources that can assist collectors looking to buy and sell items. We suggest you use our forums, auctions or exchange.
 
Will Collectors Network purchase items from me?
Collectors Network does not purchase collectibles from our members. However, we have made available several resources that can assist collectors looking to buy and sell items. We suggest you use our forums, auctions or exchange.
 
Can you provide me with the value of an item?
Collectors Network cannot provide individual value inquiries. We have provided extensive price guides for many types of collectibles, and we are constantly adding new items. However, we do not have pricing information for items not listed in our price guides.
 
Are cookies used on Collectors Network?
Yes. Collectors Network uses cookies to store usernames and passwords on members computer for easy retrieval. This saves members time because they do not have to input their username and password constantly when accessing different pages on the site. Cookies are not used to track your movement within the site.
