| What are the fees for using Collectors Network? |
| Collectors Network charges users for premium account subscriptions, final value fees for Auction and Exchange sellers, and trade offer fees for Basic Account users. View our fee schedule for more information. |

| When will I be billed for my selling fees? |
| Collectors Network sends out invoices on the first of every month.
These invoices will cover all fees incurred for the previous month. Payment is due within 28 days after the invoice date. Accounts will only be billed if there is a net balance due of $2.50 or more.
Failure to pay will result in immediate suspension of your account. |

| How can I pay my current account balance? |
| Your can pay a current account balance through PayPal, or send a check or money order. Payments are due within 28 days of the invoice date. Please visit the billing tab under My Account for more information. |

| What can I use my new user credit on? |
| The new user registration credit can be used to pay for final value fees for auctions and exchanges, along with user fees for trade offers. This credit cannot be used to purchase items from Collectors Network or other users. The new user credit cannot be used to pay for a premium account subscription. |

| A user did not complete a valid trade offer. Can I request a refund of the transaction fee? |
| Trade offer fees are nonrefundable. These fees cover the use of the feedback system by users complete trades. |

| How much does a premium account cost? |
| Premium accounts are $9.95 per year. Users must pay in advance before their premium account is activated. New user registration credits cannot be used to pay for premium accounts. |
