worth. In many cases, we do not even have the items listed on our site. |

| Collectors Network cannot help collectors locate individual items. However, we have made available several resources that
can assist collectors looking to buy and sell items. We suggest you use our forums, auctions or exchange. |

| Collectors Network cannot provide individual value inquiries. We have provided extensive price guides for many types of collectibles,
and we are constantly adding new items. However, we do not have pricing information for items not listed in our price guides. |

| Collectors do not need to register to browse the site. However, registration is required in order to access our premium services,
such as the forums, auctions or exchange. |

| There is no charge to browse Collectors Network. There is also no charge to access and use the Forums, or purchase items in the exchange.
However, fees are accessed if you choose to sell items in the auctions or exchange sections. |

| Members must provide contact information, including email address, street address and phone number during the registration process. Your information is
required for billing purposes if you choose to sell items in the auctions or exchange, and to prevent fraud. Your information will not be sold or leased to
third parties, and will only be divulged in accordance with our Privacy Policy. |

| Unsolicited Commercial Email (Spam) |
Collectors Network members are prohibiting from sending email that is unsolicited and commercial in nature that is not associated with a current Collectors Network transaction. This includes adding other users to your mailing list after completing a transaction. Ask for permission from other users, before adding anyone to your mailing list.

It is recommended that usernames should not be the same as the registered email address on the account. Other members can always contact you through the Collectors Network mail forwarding system without exposing your email address.

| Protecting Your Information |
| Collectors Network staff will never ask you to provide passwords, credit card numbers or other sensitive information through email. Never provide your login information to another party through email. Please forward any suspicious emails or activity to Collectors Network at webmaster@collectors-network.com. |

| Objectionable Language |
Collectors Network prohibits the use of language that is sexual, obscene, hateful or racist in nature in public areas, including forums, feedback and item listings.
Collectors Network may remove content in violation of the terms and conditions and policies, including feedback, and users may be subject to account suspension or termination. |

| Suspended Accounts |
| Accounts may be suspended for violations of Collectors Network rules and policies, or for non-payment of Collectors Network fees. When an account suspension occurs, Collectors Network will send an email to the registered email address of the account. If your account has been suspended, please contact Collectors Network for more information. Suspended users are prohibited from using Collectors Network services, including the use of secondary accounts, until the suspension is resolved. |
