throughout Collectors Network, and are responsible for associated fees for special services at Collectors Network. |

| A premium account has all the features of a basic account,
but premium account users will not see any ads on Collectors Network pages. In addition,
premium account users are entitled to an unlimited number of trade offers
to other users. Premium account users are still responsible for associated fees for special services at Collectors Network. |

| How much does a premium account cost? |
| Premium accounts are $9.95 per year. Users must pay in advance before their premium

| Yes. Collectors Network requires all users to maintain a valid email address.

ampersands [&], equal signs [=], pound sign [#], and slashes [/] are prohibited. |

| Usernames must be at least 4 characters, and can be no greater than 50 characters. |

| Usernames must be at least 6 characters, and can be no greater than 25 characters. |

| Can I change my username later? |
| Yes. You may change your usernames later. However, usernames cannot be
changed less than 30 days after the last username change. |

| Users must provide a desired username and password, name, a valid email address,
current street address and phone number. All other information is optional and is used as part of your forum profile. |

| Why does Collectors Network need my address and phone number? |
| Collectors Network has been set up as a trading community. It is necessary to collect
personal information such as address and phone number for billing purposes and to ensure the integrity of the trading community. Users who
are found to have provided false registration information are subject to suspension or termination of their account. |

| Do I need to be a United States resident to register? |
| No. Collectors Network accepts users from all over the world. |

| Before your registration is complete, your new account must be confirmed. This
ensures that all users provide Collectors Network with a valid email address. An email will be sent with instructions
and your passcode. You will be taken to a page to enter your username, password and passcode from the email. If you
have any problems with the confirmation process, please contact us. |

third parties, and will only be divulged in accordance with our Privacy Policy. |

| The new user registration credit can be used to pay for final value fees for auctions and exchanges, along with user fees for trade offers. This credit cannot be used to purchase items from Collectors Network or other users. The new user credit cannot be used to pay for a premium account subscription. |

| Collectors Network does not allow users to subsequently combine several accounts, including feedback profiles, into a single account. |

Collectors Network prohibits using false information, including name, address, email and telephone number in your contact information. Users are expected to keep their contact information, including email address, updated.
Collectors Network may suspend or terminate account for failing to provide truthful or updated contact information. |

Users are prohibited from representing themselves as Collectors Network staff or as other users. Users must always provide valid and complete contact information, including email address and phone number.
Users are prohibited from publishing the contact information of other members in a public area, including:
- Web pages
- Online forums

- Feedback comments
- Item listings
Personal information includes name, address, phone number and email address.
Usernames are not considered personal information.

| Suspended Accounts |
| Accounts may be suspended for violations of Collectors Network rules and policies, or for non-payment of Collectors Network fees. When an account suspension occurs, Collectors Network will send an email to the registered email address of the account. If your account has been suspended, please contact Collectors Network for more information. Suspended users are prohibited from using Collectors Network services, including the use of secondary accounts, until the suspension is resolved. |
