Outage PolicyWhen outages occur, we offer this Outage Policy to compensate for you inconvenience. Outages of two hours or less: Collectors Network will credit all associated fees for affected auction listings scheduled to end during the outage, or for any auction listings scheduled to end in the hour after the end of the outage. Outages of two hours or more: Collectors Network will credit all associated fees for affected auction listings scheduled to end during the outage, or for any auction listings scheduled to end in the hour after the end of the outage. All affected listings will be extended for 24 hours. Auctions scheduled to end during a scheduled downtime maintenance period are not covered by this policy, and will not be extended and fees will not be refunded. |
